People's Community Clinic collaborated with the Continuous Improvement Rapid Cycle Learning and Evaluation (CIRCLE) team, the evaluation and technical assistance arm of the Stanford Center on Early Childhood, to understand the impact of its early relational health work and share key learnings.

The resulting case study provides an overview of the implementation of People's early childhood programs and pediatric services, key milestones in the clinic's journey to the current iteration of offerings, funding and sustainability challenges, and lessons learned. The primary goal of this case study is to highlight the work that People's has done for families with young children in the greater Austin area and share considerations for other clinics and health centers interested in adopting a similar model of pediatric care rooted in early relational health.
